Payments

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually convenient methods.
  • Balance payment is due before final delivery of files or reports.

Revisions

  • Revisions are included as per the service plan chosen.
  • Extra revisions beyond the limit may attract an additional cost.

Timelines & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are shared at the project start.
  • Delays due to client-side inputs, feedback, or approvals may shift timelines.

Confidentiality

  • All business information, data, and brand details shared with us are kept confidential.
  • We do not share or reuse client information without permission.

Limitations

  • Our role is growth strategy, management, and creative support—not logistics or legal compliance.
  • Final responsibility for business decisions, ad budgets, and platform compliance lies with the client.

Refunds

  • Since our services require dedicated time, expertise, and strategic effort, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
