Payments

Work starts after confirmation of the project and initial payment (as agreed).
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually convenient methods.
Balance payment is due before final delivery of files or reports.

Revisions

Revisions are included as per the service plan chosen.
Extra revisions beyond the limit may attract an additional cost.

Timelines & Delivery

Delivery timelines are shared at the project start.
Delays due to client-side inputs, feedback, or approvals may shift timelines.

Confidentiality

All business information, data, and brand details shared with us are kept confidential.
We do not share or reuse client information without permission.

Limitations

Our role is growth strategy, management, and creative support—not logistics or legal compliance.
Final responsibility for business decisions, ad budgets, and platform compliance lies with the client.

Refunds

Since our services require dedicated time, expertise, and strategic effort, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
